I’ve been in a sort of Netflix slump lately and could use some awesome movie recommendations. The only thing I don’t watch is horror (thriller/suspense is ok) or really slow movies that don’t have much of a plot.

Weight Loss Antics
I decided I wanted to lose a little weight, but diets have never really worked for me (besides Weight Watchers and I wanted to try something new). I asked Sean to help me and we came up with some guidelines I could follow that would hopefully help me lose weight. One of them was:
Only eat out at restaurants 4 times a week.

Halloween Convo
Me: So she said they did her make-up for Halloween for $100 and they could do make-up and hair for $125!!
Sean: Wow that's ridiculous.
Me: I KNOW! My Halloween is like this: drink while I'm getting ready, black out at 10pm, and passed out at 12am. It would definitely not be worth it to spend $100 on make-up for THAT.
Sean: You should blog about that.
Spanish radio
So this morning on the Spanish radio they were giving away $100 if someone could identify the person on a certain clip they played. The quote was, “Yo Taylor. I’m really happy for you, I’m going to let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.”
Now granted it was in English and this was a Spanish radio, but both of the contestants were from the US!...

Drinkup Austin is amazing. No seriously. I’m quite jealous I didn’t think of this idea. It’s amazing. It’s got an interactive map of all the “1000 different places to drink in Austin ” so they claim. This is why I prefer to spend money on this and not as much on things… this right here! I wonder where I spent all my money at the end of the month and I don’t have a lot of tangible things to show, but I do have a lot of great memories :)

Fashion/ interview advice!!!
So my “interview shoes” have seen their last interview and it’s today so I’ve got limited options. I have a low heel, black, open toe shoes (I know open toe is normally not good) or black shinier pumps that have a pretty big, stiletto-y heel (I wear them going out a lot). I know neither are ideal, but which one should I wear today??

This is is a whispery post. I’ve got a job interview tomorrow afternoon!
