Yes although the food was really not worth $15, the mimosas were out of control! They literally would bring us a new glass when we hadn’t even taken a sip of our last one. The dogs did ignore each other but I think that could be considered progress? Maybe?
The best part about this post, is my evening looked EXACTLY like this! Dexter (season 2) and wine!
Sunday Funday!
I started the day at Union Park’s brunch with Jen. We’d both heard about it, but never been. The food was pretty good, but the buffet isn’t really worth the price unless you’re going to be eating a lot. On the other hand, the bottomless mimosas were seriously bottomless…not the kind where they call them bottomless and only give you four. I literally had to put my hand over my glass to stop the waitress from giving me anymore! After that, we took our dogs to the dog park at Riata to try and make them be friends again. It didn’t work - they pretty much ignored each other the whole time! It was nice to be able to catch up with Jen, though!
Now I’m relaxing at home, with a nice, big glass of boxed Franzia. (Just doing my part to reduce my carbon footprint!) What you can see in the picture: my South Carolina wine glass and my reflection (In my white tee! Tumblr on my laptop!). What you can’t see: Dexter season 3 on the tv!
