I need your help once again.
So for Halloween I’m going as a Bavarian beer girl. I want to do my hair like the girl on the package. Just not sure exactly how to. Like should I curl the hair in a pony tail or out? And I know how to curl my hair with a curling iron, but how do you make the tight ringlet curls?
Sorry I’m so hair stupid, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!

in my ask answer i forgot to mention - definitely use whatever styling product you’d normally use to set too (mousse, gel, whatever) before heating

Curl before pony tailing, but do not curl above ears at all. To get tighter curls, use a smaller barreled curling iron. Larger barrel=wavier, looser curls. For tightest curl, use a flexible hold product or curling spray. Check youtube for tutorials.
