How Mutch?

So I saw this on Thrillist today, and as the e-mail promised, it is pretty addicting.

Basically it asks how much you would pay to do (insert hypothetical situation here) or how much would someone have to pay you. It also shows how your response compares to everyone else’s answer.

Things I’ve learned:

  • Apparently I overpay on EVERYTHING
  • They asked me how much someone would have to pay me to not use the Internet for a year. I thought about it a while, and answered priceless (that’s one of the options). I think the average cost was $100k. I call BS on that. Can we all sit here and imagine not using the Internet for an ENTIRE YEAR and only getting $100k? I can’t.
  • It appears everyone hates their dogs. The question was, “How much would someone have to pay you to give away your dog?” I answered priceless (no thought involved there). The average answer was $20,000.
