The power and value of a fan

I love this article. In the social media phase that is upon us, people put too much emphasis on eyeballs and number of views and visitors. Usually those numbers are inflated and don’t mean anything. If you can have even just a few real fans that is really where the value lies. Companies need to all stop finding significance in eyeballs and start paying attention to quality!
